After the purchase I thought that I should have taken a bigger one, since my system is around 4.5 kW. But it turned out alright. I talked with guys from a utility company, and they said it’s fine if the system is only slightly bigger than the size of the inverter. The inverter is really good! It was very easy to install and connect so I’m happy with the choice.

i loved the inverter! My system is small, more for house support than for standalone energy production so this is why I've chosen a smaller inverter. It doesn’t occupy much space and is quite good-looking. The production is outstanding: 99% efficiency is pretty good.

I planned this setup from the very beginning, so it was not a problem for me. One of my inverters died after an update. solaredge app is very easy, self-evident, i’d say. I installed it, connected the inverter to my phone and basically instantly realised what was going on and how my panels are working. really love that aspect of solaredge of production

5kW SolarEdge SE5000H HD-Wave Single-Phase Inverter. SolarEdge has released their next generation HD-Wave technology inverter which is half the size and weight of the previous generation, and raise the CEC efficiency up to record breaking 99%. Weighing only 25 lbs, this inverter have taken advantage of recent gains in electronics, magnetics, and cooling components to minimize the size, footprint, and reduce cost of this 5kw inverter. Increased reliability is achieved through the use of thin film capacitors instead of using more traditional electrolytic capacitors. Like the previous SolarEdge inverters, they are designed to work exclusively with SolarEdge power optimizers.
