Shipping & Payment

A1 SolarStore has a distribution network on both the West and East coasts of the United States. We work with the best carriers, such as XPO Logistics, FedEx Freight and FedEx Ground, to make sure you receive your products as soon as possible at a reasonable price.

Shipping solar panels and some batteries at flat-rate

We ship large and heavy items, such as solar panels and some batteries, LTL (less than truckload) through XPO Logistics and FedEx Freight. LTL means a truck with a trailer, which goes from one warehouse to another picking up items until it's full. Once the trailer is filled, items are getting delivered to the clients. LTL shipments are carefully packaged onto pallets before being loaded onto a truck. This protects solar equipment from wear and tear caused by handling.

We give you a flat rate for shipping orders of different sizes. If you buy from 1 to 8 solar panels/batteries, you pay $195 for shipping. Each time you add up to 4 panels/batteries, you pay $25 more.
*For continental US only, Alaska is not included. If the items in your order are from different warehouses, the shipping cost will multiply accordingly.

We ship small items, such as inverters, charge controllers and addons, with FedEx Ground. You will see the shipping cost at the check out:

Get your order in a week

We normally process all orders within 24 hours and ship them within 48 hours. If shipping is to be delayed, we will let you know. Estimated delivery time is 4-7 days.

Please note: A1 SolarStore is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, incorrect address provided to us or other circumstances beyond our control. By placing your order, you agree that once the packages are picked up by the truck driver, they are in the carrier's control until they arrive at your front door.

How to get your order more quickly

1. Double-check your shipping address. Make sure it is complete and correct.
2. Provide your best phone number at checkout so we can get in touch to schedule the delivery.
3. Track your shipment and let us know if there are any problems. We will contact the tracking company to help you track it down.
4. Examine your freight carefully and document the damages, if any, before signing the receipt.

Please note: If you order delivery to a facility, you shall take full responsibility for informing the facility of the delivery arrangements.

Shipping damages & claims

If you noticed any damages or inconsistencies, please, contact us as soon as possible so that we file a claim on your behalf and promptly send a replacement order. Please, keep the original packaging until the claim is settled.

Payment

You can pay by credit card or via PayPal. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software complies with the industry standard and ensures secure e-commerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
