HS630TC-MHC-D is part of the Cosmos N-Type Bifacial Series — one of the most recent made by Horay Solar. These panels employ cutting-edge SMBB (Super Multi-Busbar) half-cell technology to achieve superior efficiency and reliability.

SMBB half-cell technology delivers more uniform current collection across the cell surface, reducing internal current heat loss. Horay Solar engineered the cells in the HS630TC-MHC-D to minimize power loss and improve low-light behavior, making it an outstanding performer in real-world conditions. N-type cells also exhibit very low LID (Light Induced Degradation) by nature, further protecting long-term output.

Given its compact size and weight, the HS630TC-MHC-D efficiency of 23.3% is quite impressive. And while conventional panels use only one side to absorb photons, bifacial modules employ both sides at the same time. With a bifaciality of 80±5%, this model can generate significantly more energy depending on installation conditions. Horay Solar paid as much attention to durability as they did to performance. The HS630TC-MHC-D is guaranteed to retain at least 87.4% of output after 30 years. The product warranty for this panel lasts 15 years, while the linear power output warranty lasts 30 years.

HS630TC-MHC-D guarantees outstanding power output. N-type SMBB half-cell technology combined with a dual-glass design and AR coating result in 23.3% module efficiency. This is significantly higher than average, which will result in substantial extra savings over the years of operation.

Better performance at high temperatures

Excellent temperature coefficient means more energy as temperature rises. Every 1.8°F hike above 77°F will decrease your panel's efficiency by only -0.28%.

HS630TC-MHC-D is built to resist salt spray and ammonia corrosion, independently verified by third-party testing. It can also withstand up to 5400 Pa mechanical load on the front and 2,400 Pa on the back, along with 25mm hailstone impact at 23 m/s. Such robustness is mainly due to the anodized aluminum alloy frame and dual 2.0mm AR coated heat strengthened glass on both front and back.
