Most products sold by A1 SolarStore include manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms, coverage, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer and model. Use the manufacturer's official warranty documents as your definitive source.

A1 SolarStore is NOT a warranty service provider

We do not perform diagnostics, inspections, repairs, or final warranty determinations on behalf of manufacturers. If you need warranty service, contact the product manufacturer or an authorised service centre. We can provide purchase documentation (order number, invoice, serial number, photos, etc.) to help you submit a warranty claim — but we do not evaluate, repair, or decide warranty outcomes.

Your Statutory Rights (EU Consumers)

In addition to any manufacturer warranty, EU consumers are entitled to a minimum 2-year statutory conformity guarantee under Directive (EU) 2019/771. This guarantee is provided by A1 SolarStore as the seller, independently of any manufacturer warranty. If a product does not conform to the contract within this period, you have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or a full refund. Typical Manufacturer Warranty Windows

The following ranges are for reference only and reflect common industry practice. Actual terms depend on the specific manufacturer and product model.

  • Solar panels: ~25-year performance warranty; ~10-year limited equipment warranty.
  • Solar batteries / energy storage: ~5 years (lead-acid); ~10 years (lithium-ion).
  • Inverters: commonly ~12 years.
  • Charge controllers: commonly ~5 years.
  • Roof tiles: 30 years (aesthetics); 60 years (technical).
  • Roof underlayment: common ranges are 10–25 years.
  • Air conditioners: 2 years — compressor; 1 year — parts. Some manufacturers offer an extended limited lifetime warranty upon product registration.
  • Generators: 7-year limited warranty (may cover parts, labour, and travel as specified by the manufacturer).
