Right of Withdrawal

Last Updated: June 2026

Your Right to Withdraw

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, if you are a consumer (a natural person acting outside your trade, business, craft, or profession) and you have purchased goods from A1 SolarStore at a distance (online), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

If you ordered multiple goods in a single order that are delivered separately, the 14-day period runs from the day you take possession of the last item.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement before the withdrawal period expires. Send an unambiguous statement to [email protected] before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any extra costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

We will process the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 calendar days after we receive back the goods from you, or
  • 14 calendar days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods,

whichever is earlier.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Returning the Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal. This deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions — When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and that were unsealed after delivery
  • Goods that have been installed or used in a manner that would prevent resale for safety or hygiene reasons
  • Any other exceptions set out in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU

Where an exception applies, this will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page before you place your order.
