HiT-H500CF-BF(ZB) is HD Hyundai's HeteroMax™ N-Type HJT bifacial dual glass module, built on 108 monocrystalline half-cut bifacial cells (6×18). Its larger-format design pairs premium heterojunction technology with a robust glass/glass build suited to residential rooftop installations.
Heterojunction (HJT) cell technology combines crystalline silicon with amorphous silicon layers, delivering enhanced power generation with a notably low temperature coefficient and stronger performance in low-light conditions. Bifacial cells also allow the module to capture reflected light from the rear side, with a bifaciality of 90±5%, adding to total energy yield.
