STP440S-I54-Nsfb is Suntech's Ultra V Pro N-Type TOPCon bifacial dual glass module, built on 108 monocrystalline half-cut cells (6×18). Its full-black glass/glass design pairs strong electrical performance with an elegant, uniform aesthetic suited to residential and architecturally sensitive installations.

Multi busbar technology improves optical utilization and current collection, boosting both power output and long-term reliability. N-type cells also have no LID (Light Induced Degradation) by nature, and the module is built to withstand harsh environments, including high temperatures, salt water, and ammonia exposure.

Given its full-black construction, the STP440S-I54-Nsfb efficiency of 22.0% is quite impressive. Bifacial technology enables additional energy harvesting from the rear side, with a reference bifaciality factor of 80±5%. Suntech backs this module with a 25-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty guaranteeing at least 87.4% output retention.

STP440S-I54-Nsfb guarantees outstanding power output. N-type TOPCon cell technology combined with multi busbar design results in 22.0% module efficiency, with a positive power tolerance of 0~ 5W. Under Bifacial Nameplate Irradiance (BNPI) conditions, output climbs to 485W, reflecting the added rear-side gain.

Better performance at high temperatures

Excellent temperature coefficient means more energy as temperature rises. Every 1.8°F hike above 77°F will decrease your panel's efficiency by only -0.29%.

High quality standards

Every module is engineered to withstand harsh environments, including high temperatures, salt water, and ammonia exposure. Certifications include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SA 8000, alongside IEC 61701 (salt-mist), IEC 62716 (ammonia), IEC 60068-2-68 (dust and sand), and IEC 61730-2 (UL790, Fire Class C) compliance. Certified for standard wind and snow conditions

STP440S-I54-Nsfb is certified to withstand 5400 Pa of static front-side loading and 2400 Pa of rear-side wind load. Such resistance is mainly due to the black anodized aluminum alloy frame and 2.0 2.0mm front/back glass, with the rear glass glazed black/transparent to preserve the full-black appearance while still enabling bifacial gain.
