Communication was very good. It was a little weird at first not having the exact address ( in a really large city, no less) until after ordering, but they provided the address as soon as we placed the order. The cost was better than anywhere else we could have purchased a small order, just did not like the idea of $90 pallet breakage fee for ordering 2 instead of 10 panels and the invoice we were given had the wholesale amount on it, which was $200 less than what we paid. Again, the price we agreed to pay was better than ANYWHERE else we could have found for new panels.
