The CORE1 62-US eliminates the need for additional racking or support structures—its innovative free-standing design mounts directly on flat surfaces, cutting installation time by up to 60%. Fewer balance-of-system components mean reduced logistics, streamlined wiring, and lower overall project costs.

Built-in safety and compliance

Engineered for modern safety standards, the CORE1 integrates DC and AC disconnects, SunSpec rapid-shutdown signaling, and SMA’s next-generation DC AFCI arc-fault protection. Fully compliant with NEC 2017 and UL 1741 SA requirements, the inverter also features a rugged Type 4X enclosure to ensure durability in harsh outdoor environments.
