Bifacial Power Gain

The transparent glass back lets the rear side produce extra power from reflected light. With a 10% rear-side gain, output rises to 600W (23.03% efficiency). With a 20% gain, it reaches 654W (25.12% efficiency). Actual gain depends on the mounting height and how reflective the ground surface is.

High Efficiency

Half-cut PERC cells with a 10-busbar layout reduce resistance losses and capture more light, achieving 20.9% module efficiency and a rated 545W output under STC. The positive-only power tolerance of 0 to 5W means each module delivers at least its rated power.

Temperature Performance

With a Pmax temperature coefficient of -0.35%/°C, a Voc coefficient of -0.285%/°C, and an Isc coefficient of 0.05%/°C, the module keeps steady output in hot conditions. Its nominal operating cell temperature (NOCT) is 113°F (45°C), and it operates from -40°F to 185°F (-40°C to 85°C).

Both faces use 2.0mm (0.079 in) high-transparency, low-iron tempered glass, with an anti-reflective coating on the front. The cells are sealed in POE encapsulant and held in a 35mm anodized aluminum frame. The IP68 junction box with 3 bypass diodes protects against dust and water and reduces power loss from partial shading.
