The REC375TP2SM72 is a 375W monocrystalline PERC solar module from REC's TwinPeak 2S Mono 72 Series, designed for commercial rooftop and utility installations. With 144 half-cut cells, it delivers a module efficiency of 18.7% in an industry-leading lightweight 72-cell format. Made in Singapore.

Reliable Efficiency

Half-cut monocrystalline PERC cells achieve 18.7% module efficiency and a rated output of 375W under STC. The split twin-panel design improves performance in shaded conditions. The positive-only power tolerance of 0 to 5W means each module delivers at least its rated power. At low irradiance of 200 W/m², it still achieves at least 95% of its STC efficiency.

Temperature Performance

With a Pmax temperature coefficient of -0.37%/°C, a Voc coefficient of -0.28%/°C, and an Isc coefficient of 0.04%/°C, the module keeps steady output across a wide range of conditions. Its nominal module operating temperature (NMOT) is 44.6°C (±2°C), and it operates from -40°F to 185°F (-40°C to 85°C).

Quality and Reliability

REC builds this series under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007 management systems. The module is tested to IEC 62804 for PID resistance, IEC 62716 for ammonia resistance, and IEC 61701 for salt mist corrosion (level 6). This makes it suitable for agricultural and coastal sites.

Long-Term Power Warranty

The module is backed by a 20-year product warranty and a 25-year linear power output warranty. Output starts at 97.5% in year 1, and performance degrades by no more than 0.5% per year after that.

Lightweight, Durable Frame

At just 48.5 lb, the module is easier to handle and lowers installation and balance-of-system costs. The anodized aluminum frame with support bars has a design load of 75.2 lbs/ft² (3600 Pa) for snow and 33.4 lbs/ft² (1600 Pa) for wind. The 3.2mm (0.13 in) anti-reflective solar glass and the IP67 junction box with 3 bypass diodes protect the module against the elements.
