You can deploy it as a grid-tied system today — selling power back, zeroing out your bill with Meter Zero mode — and add a battery bank whenever you're ready. When that day comes, the inverter works with virtually any 48V chemistry: flooded lead-acid, AGM, gel, and lithium, including closed-loop communication with popular brands like EG4 and Fortress Power.
