VSMDH.72.AAA.05 is part of the PARADEA Series — one of the most recent made by Vikram Solar. These panels employ cutting-edge technologies to achieve superior efficiency and reliability. This panel takes full advantage of the Passivated Emitter Rear Contact (PERC) technology that allows it to capture up to 12% more energy. All thanks to a reflective layer on the back. This design maximizes the number of photons absorbed by solar cells.
To further boost the performance, Vikram Solar employs half-cut cell technology. Each of the panel’s 144 cells is only half the size of a traditional solar cell. This grants VSMDH.72.AAA.05 lower resistive losses and better shade tolerance. As a result, the panel achieves an impressive efficiency of 21.1%. And while conventional panels use only one side to absorb photons, bifacial modules employ both sides at the same time. Thanks to the technology, this model can be up to 30% more efficient. Vikram Solar paid as much attention to durability as they did to performance. VSMDH.72.AAA.05 is guaranteed to retain at least 83.5% of output after 30 years. The 1.18" frame built of anodized aluminum and a layer of protective tempered glass make this module weather-resistant. The front side of the modules can withstand a 5400 Pa load, whereas the back side can withstand a 2400 Pa load.
