When I made my purchase, I had a few questions, so I emailed customer service. They were so kind and understanding about my problems. I got a response very quickly and they just treat you like family. The value is extremely high due mainly to the quality of the product and the money I save on my energy bills each month.

So I have to have hook up to the power say like FPL.?

You mean, Florida Power & Light? Of course you have to be connected to the grid, these aren't suitable for off-grid systems.
Dose a solar panel come with it for the price of $184.00

Solar panels sold separately
I am looking to package the 120 cell CS3K-315MS with enphase IQ7PLUS-72-2-US micoinverters. I am not sure if they are compatible with panel saying 120 cells and inverter saying 72. Also seeing 2 connections on the back of the panel. How does that tie up with the inverter?

IQ7PLUS-72 should be paired with 72 or 144 cell panel. You need IQ7-60
How many inverters of lq7+ are necessary in a system designed for 29 solar panels using Hanwha Q-Cell equaling 8.265 KWp system which produces over 13,300 KWh?

Not at the moment. Enphase Ensemble for off-grid will be available for sale in 2020.
