Bought these for my off-grid cabin solar bank and they've been working great so far. They're a more budget-friendly version of the standard T-105s but still seem to have that Trojan build quality. Very happy with the runtime.
Swapped these into my club car last week and the difference is night and day. The cart has way more pep on the hills now. Trojan really is the gold standard for a reason.
These Gel units are perfect since they don't leak and I don't have to worry about maintenance. They’ve been reliable through daily charging for three months now.
Have a 48V solar array using these 8-volters and the internal resistance is consistently low across the string. They handle the summer heat here in Arizona surprisingly well.
make sure you have the height clearance in your battery box before buying! though they’re intended for industrial stuff, the capacity gives me way more boondocking time than the standard group 24s
They aren't the top-of-the-line Signature series, but for the money, you can't beat them.
much better than standard agms for heavy-duty vibration resistance

Can I mix new T‑1275 batteries with older ones in my pack?
A1 SolarStore
Mixing new and old batteries in the same pack is not recommended, because the pack will perform only as well as its weakest battery and new units can be prematurely aged.

How many batteries do I need for a 48V golf cart?
A1 SolarStore
Most 48V setups that use 12V batteries require four T‑1275 units wired in series to reach 48V; verify your cart’s wiring diagram or consult a technician to be sure.

About product

Trojan T‑1275 is a 12V deep‑cycle flooded lead‑acid battery engineered for demanding motive and industrial applications. It delivers reliable long‑duration power for equipment that is frequently deep‑discharged, making it an excellent choice for users who prioritize runtime, durability, and serviceability.

Product overview

Trojan’s T‑1275 is designed specifically for deep‑cycle performance, providing consistent energy over many charge and discharge cycles. Its flooded construction and high‑capacity GC12 format make it ideal where extended run times, stable voltage, and predictable performance are required day after day.

Key applications

  • Golf and utility vehicles requiring robust deep‑cycle batteries for full‑round or full‑shift operation.
  • Industrial floor scrubbers and sweepers that operate for many hours between charges.
  • Electric vehicles and personnel carriers used in warehouses, resorts, and campuses.
  • Renewable energy and backup systems where 12V deep‑cycle storage is needed with regular maintenance access.

Design & construction

  • Flooded deep‑cycle lead‑acid design optimized for repeated deep discharges and long service life.
  • MasterVent/HydroLink style venting system (where equipped) to simplify electrolyte level checks and watering.
  • EHPT terminals provide secure, low‑resistance connections suitable for high‑current motive power wiring.
