Among the newest offerings of VSUN, 410-144BMH-DG is part of the 144BMH-DG series. These panels use state-of-the-art technology to achieve high efficiency and dependability. This panel takes full advantage of the Passivated Emitter Rear Contact (PERC) technology that allows it to capture up to 12% more energy. All thanks to a reflective layer on the back. This design maximizes the number of photons absorbed by solar cells.
The use of half-cut cell technology is an additional perk. The solar cells of 410-144BMH-DG are half the size of those found in standard panels. Major advantages include reduced power consumption, extended life and enhanced efficiency in low-light conditions. The efficiency of this model reaches 20.12% — well above the market’s average. And while conventional panels use only one side to absorb photons, bifacial modules employ both sides at the same time. Thanks to the technology, this model can be up to 30% more efficient. VSUN provides 12 years of product warranty and guarantees that after 30 years, performance will be at 81.05% or more.
410-144BMH-DG ensures maximum power production. The combination of PERC technology and a powerful antireflective coating results in 20.12 percent module efficiency. This is much greater than the average, resulting in significant extra savings over the years of production.
Even at high temperatures, 410-144BMH-DG remains efficient. It loses just -0.32% efficiency for every 1.8°F over 77°F, letting you make the most of the sunniest hours.
VSUN stringent production requirements include various tests to guarantee high quality. The facilities are highly automated, allowing the manufacturer to maintain high standards while keeping warranty claims to a minimum.
The amount of power output loss experienced by these panels during the first year of operation will not exceed 3%. The average yearly power drop from the second to the 30th year will not surpass 0.55%. After 30 years, the module will still produce more than 81.05% of its initial output.
The 1.38" frame made from anodized aluminum alloy and a layer of protective tempered glass make this module resistant to the foulest of weather. The front side of the modules can resist a 5400 Pa load, and the back side 2400 Pa.
