Jinko JKM380M-6RL3-B is a PV module fit for both residential and commercial applications. Jinko engineers made the EAGLE series durable and efficient while minimizing the amount of useful space required for their operation. The Passivated Emitter Rear Contact (PERC) technology ensures excellent power output. This solar cell type employs an additional reflective layer to absorb more sunlight.

To further boost the performance, Jinko employs half-cut cell technology. Each of the panel’s 132 cells is only half the size of a traditional solar cell. This grants JKM380M-6RL3-B lower resistive losses and better shade tolerance. Not surprisingly, the efficiency of this module is quite high – 20.43%. The cell surface, back foil, and frame are completely black, giving the model unrivaled aesthetics. Jinko provides 25 years of product warranty and guarantees that after 25 years, performance will be at 84.8% or more.

Can I build a solar system by myself as a Do It Yourself project?

We do not recommend drilling any new holes to the aluminum frame of the panel as it could damage the internal circuit and solar cells. (Also, any modification to the panel will void the warranty). We recommend only using the pre-drilled holes for mounting.
Do solar panels require maintenance? Can I wash my solar panel?
Solar panels generally require very little maintenance. We recommend cleaning the solar panel with water, glass cleaner (Windex) and microfiber cloth.
Will my panel produce power in an overcast condition?
While solar panels require sunlight to generate solar energy, they will still work in cloudy weather. Even on a cloudy day, solar panels will produce energy just not as much.
Will my panels produce power if covered with snow?
Solar panels cannot produce electricity if covered with snow.
