The Rubix R-Series Base & Lid is the required mounting and protective enclosure accessory for the R-Series battery family, compatible with both the RRS51280 (48V/280Ah) and RRS25560 (24V/560Ah) battery modules. The base establishes the mandatory horizontal installation position and provides the structural platform engineered to support the cumulative load of up to four 271 lb R-Series batteries per stack; the lid protects the uppermost battery in the completed stack. Both R-Series voltage configurations use the same base and lid — one set covers either model.
