Part of the A1 Solar PEAK Series, the A1-N54FB-400 is an all-black bifacial solar panel built on N-type TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) technology. N-type cells are free of boron-oxygen light-induced degradation, so they keep more of their power output over time. Multi-busbar (16BB) interconnection improves current collection across each cell.

The panel uses 108 half-cut cells, which reduces resistive losses and keeps more of the module producing in partial shade. Its efficiency reaches 20.5%. Black cells, a black frame, and rear glass printed black between the cells give it a uniform look on residential roofs, while the bifacial rear side converts reflected light into extra power, adding about 8% at a 10% rear irradiance ratio. A1 Solar provides a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power output warranty.

A low temperature coefficient means less power loss as the temperature rises. Every 1°F increase over 77°F reduces the output of your panel by just 0.161%.
