MSE385SR9S employs P-type monocrystalline silicon — a highly efficient material for converting sunlight into electricity. Each of the model's 72 solar cells consists of a single crystal, unlike cheaper polycrystalline cells that are made of multiple crystals melted together. Combined with PERC (Passivated Emitter and Rear Cell) technology and a 5-busbar cell design, the module achieves a maximum module efficiency of 19.11%.
