I think this one will outlive the boat. The little 20a was still working fine after 14 years, just upgrading my system. I will keep the 20 as a spare.

I have been using the same controller the past seven months for solar landscape lighting. Very reliable, I’ve had zero trouble. I have negative experiences with cheaper devices, so for me this model is well worth the money

My first purchase was a charge controller for a little over 50 bucks. It was money wasted. If you're just starting out with a basic PV system, I definitely advise spending the extra dollars to get a controller like this one. The display makes it easy to detect any problems. Great product and amazing service!
