Among the newest offerings of Trina Solar, DE09C.07 is part of the TSM-395 series. These panels use state-of-the-art technology to achieve high efficiency and dependability. The Passivated Emitter Rear Contact (PERC) technology ensures excellent power output. This solar cell type employs an additional reflective layer to absorb more sunlight.

To further boost the performance, Trina Solar employs half-cut cell technology. Each of the panel’s 120 cells is only half the size of a traditional solar cell. This grants DE09C.07 lower resistive losses and better shade tolerance. Not surprisingly, the efficiency of this module is quite high – 21.1%. And while conventional panels use only one side to absorb photons, bifacial modules employ both sides at the same time. Thanks to the technology, this model can be up to 30% more efficient.
