MSE430SX9Z ensures maximum power production. 19.6 percent module efficiency is achieved using PERC technology and a powerful antireflective coating. This is much greater than the norm, resulting in significant additional savings throughout the years of operation.

Even at high temperatures, MSE430SX9Z remains efficient. It loses just 0.26% efficiency for every 1.8°F over 77°F, letting you make the most of the sunniest hours.

I have a small grid tied PV system located at the 4000 foot level of the Sierra Nevada mountains. I chose mission 430 modules because of the monolithic single glass face, sturdy aluminum frame, and near top efficiency. I find the 40 mm (1.57") frame suitable for the snow/wind loads up here. System has been in about 3 months as of Dec 2023. Monitoring through the SMA SB 3.0 -1SP-US-41 Inverter. So far performing well. Getting 78% of rated output in December with a tilt angle (15 deg) more suitable for summer production

I ordered 6 of these for my uncle to power his off-grid cabin in the woods. He is pleased with the panels' efficiency and durability, they can withstand really harsh weather conditions and falling branches. He loves the fact that it produces more than enough energy to power all his cabin appliances and even charge his tools.

Our standard shipping charge is $250 for up to 11 panels and it is increased by $25 for every 4 additional panels. How long is the warranty on the panel?

How do solar panels compare?

Can I build a solar system by myself as a Do It Yourself project?
Yes, it is possible if you understand what solar equipment you need and how to connect it together. However, please be mindful that handling your own electrical work without having proper experience might cause life-threatening injuries. Can I connect and charge my solar panel battery directly with the solar panel?
We do not recommend using the solar panel without the charge controller. Using solar panels without the charge controller might damage the batteries.
Can I drill holes into the aluminum frame for mounting?
We do not recommend drilling any new holes to the aluminum frame of the panel as it could damage the internal circuit and solar cells. (Also, any modification to the panel will void the warranty). We recommend only using the pre-drilled holes for mounting.
Do solar panels require maintenance? Can I wash my solar panel?
Solar panels generally require very little maintenance. We recommend cleaning the solar panel with water, glass cleaner (Windex) and microfiber cloth.
Will my panel produce power in an overcast condition?
While solar panels require sunlight to generate solar energy, they will still work in cloudy weather. Even on a cloudy day, solar panels will produce energy just not as much.
Will my panels produce power if covered with snow?
