LONGi LR8-66HGD-615M is a PV module fit for both residential and commercial applications. LONGi engineers made the LR8-66HGD 595~625M series durable and efficient while minimizing the amount of useful space required for their operation. The advanced HPDC cell technology ensures excellent power output.

Half-cut cell technology adds a few more percent to the overall performance, making this model a great example of efficiency. LONGi made solar cells in LR8-66HGD-615M two times smaller than the standard size, thus reducing power loss and improving low-light behavior. Not surprisingly, the efficiency of this module is quite high – 22.8%. And while conventional panels use only one side to absorb photons, bifacial modules employ both sides at the same time. Thanks to the technology, this model can be up to 30% more efficient. LONGi provides 12-year warranty for material and processing and guarantees that after 30 years, performance will be at 87.4% or more.

Increased power and efficiency

Advanced HPDC cell technology improves on an already high efficiency of 22.8 percent. The manufacturer created an efficient and highly durable model by adding a robust PID resistance and unique glass lamination on top. LR8-66HGD-615M produces 615 W of power under standard test conditions.

Keeping cool in hot weather

Even at high temperatures, LR8-66HGD-615M remains efficient. It loses just -0.28% efficiency for every 1.8°F over 77°F, letting you make the most of the sunniest hours.

Low degradation for increased lifespan

The amount of power output loss experienced by these panels during the first year of operation will not exceed 1%. The average yearly power drop from the second to the 30th year will not surpass 0.4%. After 30 years, the module will still produce more than 87.4% of its initial output.

Certified for the worst environmental conditions

LR8-66HGD-615M is PID, salt, acid, and ammonia resistant. It can also bear mechanical loads of up to 5400 Pa on the front and 2400 Pa on the back. This durability is mostly owing to the 1.18" thick anodized aluminum alloy frame and a layer of protective glass.
