I guess for this price range it is either this or panasonic... honestly I like REC more. the design, the performance, the quality — all top notch. Maybe they don’t do such an awesome job when it comes to dealing with shade, but it already feels like nitpicking.
They look so GOOD. Honestly, even if they didn’t do a thing, I'd still be glad to have them on my roof just to style on everyone. but boi, they do a lot. I don't even pay for electricity anymore.

yeah, the panels are a little expensive, but the amount of energy they generate justifies it. it’s summer and my installation makes at least 30 kw daily even when it’s cloudy, it’s amazing!

I’ve been using these panels for half a year now. These aren’t my first panels, but these are certainly much more powerful than what I used back in the days. i chose them cause they age slower, so my children could make use of them in the future.

Speaking from experience, REC panels are goood. They cost a little extra, but bring in a lot of energy and are really sturdy as well! Here in Florida the weather can be harsh, but they never let me down.
I was told several times that REC panels are expensive, but honestly to me they are worth every penny. They look good! they look solid, reliable, not just like some cheap chinese crap. REC350TP2S72 is a model that uses a number of technologies to bring durability and performance to the next level. This panel takes full advantage of the Passivated Emitter Rear Contact (PERC) technology that allows it to capture up to 12% more energy. All thanks to a reflective layer on the back. This design maximizes the number of photons absorbed by solar cells.
Another advantage is the half-cut cell technology. REC350TP2S72 has solar cells half the size of those installed in conventional panels. The main benefits are decreased power loss, improved longevity and better low-light performance. At 17.4% efficiency, REC350TP2S72 offers surprising performance for its weight and size. REC provides a 10-year product warranty. Stable power output is also guaranteed — performance warranty will protect you during 25 years.

The PERC technology further improves an already excellent efficiency of 17.4 percent. A reliable PID resistance and a unique glass lamination were added by the maker, which ultimately produced a model that was effective and extremely durable. REC350TP2S72 produces 350 W of power under typical test settings.
Keeping cool in hot weather
Even at high temperatures, REC350TP2S72 remains efficient. It loses just -0.36% efficiency for every 1.8°F over 77°F, letting you make the most of the sunniest hours.
High quality standards
REC stringent production requirements include various tests to guarantee high quality. The facilities are highly automated, allowing the manufacturer to maintain high standards while keeping warranty claims to a minimum.
Low degradation for a longer lifespan
These panels will lose no more than 0.7% of their power output in the first year of service. From the 2nd year to the 25th year, the average annual power decline will be no more than 0.70%. The module retains over 82.5% of its original output after 25 years. Guaranteed by REC.
Certified for the worst environmental conditions
REC350TP2S72 is PID, salt, acid, and ammonia resistant. It can also bear mechanical loads of up to 3600 Pa on the front and 1600 Pa on the back. This durability is mostly owing to the 1.2" thick anodized aluminum frame and a layer of protective glass.
