REC Alpha HJT 370W is a 120-cell solar panel by a leading solar company. REC Alpha 370 AA-B is made with heterojunction cell technology to reduce temperature coefficients and eliminate LID. The module offers high power density, which makes it well-suited for both residential and commercial use. The panel shows great performance in low-light conditions, has good shading tolerance and barely ages over the years.

Great efficiency

REC Alpha HJT 370W solar panel reaches an efficiency of 21.2%, which is much higher than that of conventional modules. This model generates more energy from a square foot which allows you to use space more efficiently.

Superb performance in low-light conditions

Even when the weather conditions are far from perfect, REC panels perform very well. According to Norwegian engineers, when the irradiance levels decline from standard 1000 W/m² to 100 W/m², the REC 370 efficiency still doesn’t fall below 90%. 3 bypass diodes decrease the effect of shading on the power output.

Outstanding reliability

REC 370W panels are equipped with anodized aluminium frames, which ensure high resistance of PV modules to any possible hazards. The maximum test load of a panel reaches 7000 Pa or approximately 146 lbs/sq.ft — much higher than a standard for solar panels.

No less than 92% of output in 25 years

The REC 370W solar panel loses no more than 0.25% per year. It means the manufacturer guarantees that the panel will retain 92% of its initial power output after 25 years in service.

20 year product warranty and 25 year performance warranty

REC traditionally offers strong warranties for its product. This panel comes with a 20 year product warranty and a 25 year linear power output warranty.

yeah, the panels are a little expensive, but the amount of energy they generate justifies it. it’s summer and my installation makes at least 30 kw daily even when it’s cloudy, it’s amazing!

Recently there was a huge tornado here on the West Coast. there must have been 80 mph wind or something like this. These panels endured it without a scratch. I'm so impressed, thanks a lot!

I was told several times that REC panels are expensive, but honestly to me they are worth every penny. They look good! they look solid, reliable, not just like some cheap chinese crap. I installed them a half a year ago and they outdid my expectations. Even the shading wasn’t that much of an issue. Thanks a lot

Hello. The power output or performance warranty ensures that the amount of energy that a panel produces won’t fall below a certain level over the years. Usually, as is the case with this REC panel, it is issued for 25 years.

How much is shipping and how long is delivery?

Our standard shipping charge is $250 for up to 11 panels and it is increased by $25 for every 4 additional panels. In the event, the product is only available on East or West coast custom quote will be sent to you before the order is processed. How long is the warranty on the panel?

We do not recommend drilling any new holes to the aluminum frame of the panel as it could damage the internal circuit and solar cells. (Also, any modification to the panel will void the warranty). We recommend only using the pre-drilled holes for mounting.

Do solar panels require maintenance? Can I wash my solar panel?

Solar panels generally require very little maintenance. We recommend cleaning the solar panel with water, glass cleaner (Windex) and microfiber cloth.

Will my panel produce power in an overcast condition?

While solar panels require sunlight to generate solar energy, they will still work in cloudy weather. Even on a cloudy day, solar panels will produce energy just not as much.

Will my panels produce power if covered with snow?
