About product

AC-580TGB-144TS is a model that uses a number of technologies to bring durability and performance to the next level. The Passivated Emitter Rear Contact (PERC) technology ensures excellent power output. This solar cell type employs an additional reflective layer to absorb more sunlight.

Another advantage is the half-cut cell technology. AC-580TGB-144TS has solar cells half the size of those installed in conventional panels. The main benefits are decreased power loss, improved longevity and better low-light performance. The efficiency of this model reaches 29.18% — well above the market’s average. And while conventional panels use only one side to absorb photons, bifacial modules employ both sides at the same time. Thanks to the technology, this model can be up to 30% more efficient. Axitec provides 30 years of product warranty and guarantees that after 30 years, performance will be at 87.4% or more.

  • 144 half-cut PERC cells
  • 580 W nameplate capacity
  • 29.18% efficiency
  • 1500 V DC maximum system voltage
  • Stäubli MC4 connectors
  • 30 years of product and 30 years of performance warranty

High efficiency of 29.18 percent

Axitec AXIbiperfect GXXL TS panels fully use the firm's innovations, which Axitec has received several distinctions for. With PERC technology, more electricity can be produced per square foot of PV modules. As a result, there will be less clamps and racks required during installation. All of which lowers your overall expenses and accelerates the payback period.

Exceptional performance in hot temperatures

A low temperature coefficient provides more energy output at high working temperatures. AC-580TGB-144TS loses just -0.31 percent efficiency for every 1.8°F over 77°F.

High quality standards

Multiple tests are part of the Axitec tight production requirements, which offer the highest level of quality assurance. Because of the facilities' high degree of automation, the business is able to uphold strict standards and minimize the number of warranty claims to an absolute minimum.

Low degradation for increased longevity

In the first year of service, these panels will lose no more than 1% of their power output. The average yearly power drop from the second to the 30th year will be no more than 0.40%. After 30 years, the modules will retain more than 87.4% of their initial output.

Certified for the most extreme environmental conditions

PID, salt, acid and ammonia cannot harm AC-580TGB-144TS. Furthermore, it has a mechanical load resistance of up to 5400 Pa in the front and 2400 Pa in the back. A layer of protective glass and 1.2" thick anodized aluminum alloy frame are the primary reasons for its toughness.
