BLK M-G2 is a model that uses a number of technologies to bring durability and performance to the next level. This panel takes full advantage of the Passivated Emitter Rear Contact (PERC) technology that allows it to capture up to 12% more energy. All thanks to a reflective layer on the back. This design maximizes the number of photons absorbed by solar cells.
Half-cut cell technology adds a few more percent to the overall performance, making this model a great example of efficiency. Q CELLS made solar cells in BLK M-G2 two times smaller than the standard size, thus reducing power loss and improving low-light behavior. Given its size and weight, BLK M-G2 efficiency of 22.3% is quite impressive. And while conventional panels use only one side to absorb photons, bifacial modules employ both sides at the same time. Thanks to the technology, this model can be up to 30% more efficient. Cell surface, back foil and frame are completely black, giving the model unrivaled aesthetics. Q CELLS offers 25 years of product warranty and guarantees 90.83% of original performance after 25 years of operation.
Q CELLS Q.TRON panels fully use the firm's innovations, which Q CELLS has received several distinctions for. With PERC technology, more electricity can be produced per square foot of PV modules. As a result, there will be less clamps and racks required during installation. All of which lowers your overall expenses and accelerates the payback period.
At high working temperatures, a low temperature coefficient equals increased energy generation. Every 1.8°F over 77°F results in a model's efficiency loss of just -0.36 percent.
