The system is operating more effectively than I had expected it would. Since the month of November, I have not made a payment on my power bill. What is the Voc and short circuit amps ?

This panel has an open circuit voltage of 48.7 V and short circuit current of 10.14 A.
How many amps? Full or half cell?
