As a person who is also passionate about environmental issues, I decided to invest in the LG NeON R solar panels for our home. I have to say, I am impressed with the efficiency and durability. The 60 cells on this panel work together seamlessly to produce a remarkable amount of energy, even in low-light conditions. They're also incredibly easy to install, which was a huge plus for me as someone who is not very handy.What really stands out to me about this panel is its reliability. The three pallets I ordered arrived on schedule and in good condition. I liked the fact that they were strapped to a very hefty timber pallet and were wrapped in minimal but sufficient paste-board. The panels are well built and look like they will accomplish my intended goal of doubling my output but I have to wait for spring thaw at my remote site before I can install and tie them in. That is why four stars for now.

Hey guys, just wanted to share my experience with the LG NeON R 395W solar panel. As an IT guy, I like to do my research before buying anything, and I have to say, this panel is top-notch. It's efficient, reliable, and produces a lot of power, even on cloudy days. I've had them installed for a few months now and I'm already seeing significant savings on my energy bill. Definitely recommend the model if you're in the market for a high-quality solar panels. The store can def work on their delivery. Even though it was technically within the specified time, I think 5 days is too long.

My first experience was with a cheap Chinese brand and it was suboptimal. So I've been drawn to the benefits of higher-quality panels for a long time. Our proximity to the shore and its level 6 certification against salt mist corrosion made this decision simple when compared to alternatives.
Highly satisfied with the panels. Sadly, LG declared that they will no longer be selling panels, thus I'm a tiny bit concerned about the warranty. Good to know that LG itself isn’t going anywhere

These panels offer good value for the money. Although they are somewhat big, we were able to effectively place them on our roof. We have only ten modules, but they offset almost all our electricity costs. Thank you, A1
I am quite pleased with the panel and inverter setup overall. Since installation, there hasn't been a single electricity bill, and the energy company gives a monthly refund. Thus far, no issues.
Although it was difficult to decide, we ultimately went with these 435W panels from LG. The modules are pretty reasonably priced despite the fact that the brand is big and well-known. A1Solar demonstrated once more that they are an excellent partner

When I started looking for an off the grid power system for my cabin/garage in the north woods, I spent a lot of time shopping and browsing difference sites. I stopped shopping after calling A1 Solar. I stopped because it was all about customer service! How much is shipping and how long is delivery?
Our standard shipping charge is $250 for up to 11 panels and it is increased by $25 for every 4 additional panels. In the event, the product is only available on East or West coast custom quote will be sent to you before the order is processed. Normally, we are able to deliver solar panels within 7 business days.
What is the difference between low price panels and top price panels?
With top tier solar panels, you pay for the brand name, proprietary new technology, higher energy output, and better warranty support.
What are the dimensions of the panel?

How long is the warranty on the panel?
In general, manufacturers provide a 25 year-long performance warranty and a 10 year-long equipment guarantee. Some manufacturers offer 12-15 years of warranty. More information is available in our warranty support section.
Which panels do you recommend for RV, marine?
We recommend Panasonic and Mission Solar panels for smaller systems as their high energy output and excellent craftsmanship guarantee years of service.
Can this panel be used with a 12v system?
Any of our panels can be used for a 12v system with a properly selected inverter and charge controller.
Can I pick up this panel from your fulfillment center to save on shipping?

How do I connect these panels?
To achieve the best system efficiency, panels should be connected in series to create higher voltage.
How many panels do I need?
This number is determined by your average energy needs. Depending on the type of panels and energy consumption, you might need anywhere from 12 to 45 solar panels. How do solar panels compare?
Solar panels differ by power output, voltage, connection type, size, efficiency, and weight. Some solar panels might be sold together with microinverters as a set.
Can I build a solar system by myself as a Do It Yourself project?
Yes, it is possible if you understand what solar equipment you need and how to connect it together. However, please be mindful that handling your own electrical work without having proper experience might cause life-threatening injuries. Please contact a certified electrician if you do not possess appropriate electrical skills.
Can I connect and charge my solar panel battery directly with the solar panel?
We do not recommend using the solar panel without the charge controller. Using solar panels without the charge controller might damage the batteries.
Can I drill holes into the aluminum frame for mounting?
We do not recommend drilling any new holes to the aluminum frame of the panel as it could damage the internal circuit and solar cells. (Also, any modification to the panel will void the warranty). We recommend only using the pre-drilled holes for mounting.
Do solar panels require maintenance? Can I wash my solar panel?
Solar panels generally require very little maintenance. We recommend cleaning the solar panel with water, glass cleaner (Windex) and microfiber cloth.
Will my panel produce power in an overcast condition?
While solar panels require sunlight to generate solar energy, they will still work in cloudy weather. Even on a cloudy day, solar panels will produce energy just not as much.
Will my panels produce power if covered with snow?
Solar panels cannot produce electricity if covered with snow.

The LG product warranty is 15 years longer than many competitor’s standard 10 years. The Warranty is provided by LG Electronics Australia and New Zealand. The warranty includes replacement labour and transport.

Improved 25 Year Performance Warranty
The initial degradation of the module has been improved from -3% to -2%, in the 1st year and the annual rate of degradation has fallen from -0.7%/year to -0.35%/ year thereafter. This brings an 89.6% warranted output after 25 years, compared to 80.2% for many competing panels
