We purchased this inverter from A1solarstore four months ago for our parking complex and since we’ve promised them a review, here it is. Overall, we are satisfied with the delivery and performance. The installation indeed was simpler than we anticipated. Our system is only 40 kW and the inverter handles it well. It is somewhat loud, but honestly, it’s not much of a problem for us. One of our employees can manage it though his smartphone, but so far there was simply no need for it.

About product

Sunny Tripower CORE1-US is a grid-tie inverter primarily for commercial solar systems. Its power output is at 50,000 Watts (50 kW). It is a free-standing inverter which is well-suited for flat rooftop installations, carports and ground systems. No additional racking is required which makes the installation process much easier. It has 12 string inputs which also simplifies the setup.

The MPP trackers ensure the highest production levels of the whole system. The model reaches an efficiency of 98%. The inverter is warranted for 10 years with possible extensions to 15 or even 20 years.
