The basic IQ8 wasn’t powerful enough for my panels, so I was advised to look into the IQ8M. They are the same thing, but the input power and peak output are different. Can’t wait to see them installed!

This is a MUST for any solar panels that use Enphase microinverters. An expensive solar energy system should be continuously monitored for correct operation and ongoing maintenance. The Envoy is a very effective tool to check the condition of all microinverters used in the solar array. Highly recommended.

The material of the box is very durable. The components inside are protected from the elements and there is a specifically designed vent on the left side. The Envoy IQ is already installed, and all this for a reasonable price. I couldn’t have made a better purchase.

To date, IQ8M is the smartest microinverter ever produced by Enphase. These are the first microinverters to possess grid-forming and split-phase conversion capabilities, which bring the efficiency of these devices to an entirely new level.
