Great service from A1 SolarStore. Unfortunately, the inverter was defective out of the box. Hardware error 407. Fronius tech support is very good. Awaiting the replacement.

Fronius Primo 12.5 kW Inverter

Great inverter, but software could be better. Spent many hours trying to set up the app to get it working only to have it go offline. Not very intuitive setup. Works 70% of the time and then just goes offline. Then all of a sudden it will connect again.

It replaced a 15 year old inverter also made by Fronius. I noticed that it is much quieter. I also did all the installation myself, so it is a pretty straightforward process. Didn’t have to wait long for delivery and liked the store’s very informative blog

Comprehensive safety and compliance

Built with integrated DC disconnects, AFCI protection, and SunSpec PLC signaling, the Symo 10.0-3 meets NEC 2017 requirements for module-level rapid shutdown. Ground fault and over-temperature protection ensure long-term reliability and compliance with UL 1741 SA, IEEE 1547, and California Rule 21 standards.

Smart monitoring and communication

Every Fronius Symo is equipped for intelligent energy management and data transparency. Using the Fronius Datamanager 2.0 card, the inverter supports Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Modbus TCP, and JSON protocols for seamless integration with monitoring systems. Installers and owners can access live system data and receive alerts via Fronius Solar.web.

High efficiency and reliability

Designed for maximum energy yield, the Fronius Symo 10.0-3 achieves up to 97% peak efficiency and 96.5% CEC-rated efficiency at both 208 V and 240 V.
