AC and DC terminals of this model take the following cables: AWG 14 – AWG 6 (copper) and AWG 6 (aluminum).
Is it good for off-grid use?

No, it is a grid-tie inverter, but it can work off-grid if coupled to an off-grid inverter.
What’s the difference between Fronius primo and symo inverters?
