Great service from A1 SolarStore. Unfortunately, the inverter was defective out of the box. Hardware error 407. Fronius tech support is very good. Awaiting the replacement.
The inverter itself is great, but it’s suitable only for very small installations. Well, a 5kW one actually is fine. Too bad it’s grid -tie, i wanted to use it for my van(
man, i love the production. feels like 2 mppts do make a difference. really nothing to complain about here, great inverter, very happy with it.
I bought Fronius Primo 10kW for a system consisting of 27 modules 370W each. So far so good. A1 Solar had the lowest price, but their standards were up to the expectations. Can recommend both the inverter and the store
I’ve seen a few inverters fail not long after the warranty’s end. For this model you can extend the warranty up to 20 years with a few clicks on the Fronius website, which is exactly what I’ve been looking for

Great inverter, but software could be better. Spent many hours trying to set up the app to get it working only to have it go offline. Not very intuitive setup. Works 70% of the time and then just goes offline. Then all of a sudden it will connect again.
We have this wonderful piece of hardware hooked up to our 10 kW Solar system. Solid, responsive, easy to connect and monitor, what else to say. Happy with the purchase.
It replaced a 15 year old inverter also made by Fronius. I noticed that it is much quieter. I also did all the installation myself, so it is a pretty straightforward process. Didn’t have to wait long for delivery and liked the store’s very informative blog
Upgraded our old 6.6kw setup to a 12.5kw solar system with a Fronius primo inverter. So far, so good. I love being able to monitor the stats in realtime through the app.

Fronius Primo is a great inverter for residential solar systems. It’s lightweight, easy to install, shows great efficiency and maximizes the production of your system by utilizing dual MPPT trackers.
This model shows 3.8 kW of rated power output with maximum efficiency of 96.7%. The maximum output current is 15.8 A at 240 V, 18.3 A at 208 V. Operating voltage ranges from 80 V to 600 V.
The Fronius Primo inverter is suitable both for outdoor and indoor installation. It comes with a 10 year warranty that can be extended to 15 and 20 years. It supports wireless connection and Ethernet. Datalogging and/or updating can be done via USB.
