About product

SIL-410-BG is part of the SILFAB ELITE Series — one of the most recent made by Silfab. These panels employ cutting-edge technologies to achieve superior efficiency and reliability. This panel takes full advantage of the Passivated Emitter Rear Contact (PERC) technology that allows it to capture up to 12% more energy. All thanks to a reflective layer on the back. This design maximizes the number of photons absorbed by solar cells.

Silfab employs full-sized solar cells for this model. As a result, the panel achieves an impressive efficiency of 21.4%. Novel design solutions allow this panel to look as well as it performs. This model is just 1.4" in depth and is jet black with a sleek finish. The panel's functionality and durability are not affected by its aesthetic appeal though. Silfab paid as much attention to durability as they did to performance. SIL-410-BG is guaranteed to retain at least 82.6% of output after 30 years. Product warranty for this panel lasts 25 years.

  • 410 W power output
  • 66 full-sized PERC cells
  • 21.4% efficiency
  • 1000 V DC maximum system voltage
  • MC4 connectors
  • 25-year product and 30-year performance warranties

Increased efficiency of up to 21.4 percent

SIL-410-BG ensures maximum power production. The combination of PERC technology and a powerful antireflective coating results in 21.4 percent module efficiency. This is much greater than the average, resulting in significant extra savings over the years of production.

Keeping cool in hot weather

Even at high temperatures, SIL-410-BG remains efficient. It loses just 0.279% efficiency for every 1.8°F over 77°F, letting you make the most of the sunniest hours.

High quality standards

Silfab stringent production requirements include various tests to guarantee high quality. The facilities are highly automated, allowing the manufacturer to maintain high standards while keeping warranty claims to a minimum.

Reliability and degradation resistance

Slow degradation over the next 30 years is guaranteed by Silfab. The performance will decrease no more than 2% during the first year and 0.25% annually thereafter. Your modules will retain at least 82.6% of original performance after the 30 years are over. This 410 W Silfab solar panel also comes with a generous 25-year product warranty.

Certified for the most extreme environmental conditions

PID, salt, acid and ammonia cannot harm SIL-410-BG. Furthermore, it has a mechanical load resistance of up to 5400 Pa in the front and 4000 Pa in the back. A layer of protective glass and 1.4" thick anodized aluminum frame are the primary reasons for its toughness.

Outstanding all-black design

The panel has a sleek, all-black style that complements any roof beautifully. Silfab uses unique treatment and selection procedures to guarantee optimum cell color. The cells are connected by thinner wires, and from a distance, the surface of the modules seems seamless and smooth.

A panel like you've never seen before - in a good way. Obsidian-black surface, interesting cell layout, super thin. A piece of art

One of the reasons I like A1 so much is that they sell so many American-made products. This superb Silfab panel is no exception. I would even go as far as saying that this model is the most technologically advanced of all made on the US territory
