Great service from A1 SolarStore. Unfortunately, the inverter was defective out of the box. Hardware error 407. Fronius tech support is very good. Awaiting the replacement.

I’ve seen a few inverters fail not long after the warranty’s end. For this model you can extend the warranty up to 20 years with a few clicks on the Fronius website, which is exactly what I’ve been looking for

Fronius Primo 12.5 kW Inverter

Great inverter, but software could be better. Spent many hours trying to set up the app to get it working only to have it go offline. Not very intuitive setup. Works 70% of the time and then just goes offline. Then all of a sudden it will connect again.

It replaced a 15 year old inverter also made by Fronius. I noticed that it is much quieter. I also did all the installation myself, so it is a pretty straightforward process. Didn’t have to wait long for delivery and liked the store’s very informative blog

We bought a system couple of months ago. It’s currently providing about half of our monthly demand. Our system is somewhat limited by lack of roof space and the orientation of our property but I feel like are getting as much as possible out of it .
