Very happy with the inverter! Solaredge production is really good. Since I built a big system, I needed a sizable inverter and this is what I ended up choosing. It's good that installing it outside isn’t a big deal, like it is with some other ones.

It can be a big deal, yes. We suggest you read our article on shading (in the Guides & Articles section) to learn more about it. To minimize the impact of shading on your inverter, you can purchase solar optimizers along with the inverter.

Grid-tie SolarEdge Single Phase SetAPP inverter is suited both for medium-size residential installations and commercial solar systems. It's a fairly compact, simple to use and modern model with outstanding 99.2% maximum efficiency.

The rated power output of this model is 11.4 kW at 240V with 47.5A of current. At 208V the inverter shows 10 kW output. Maximum DC Power on the input reaches 17650W at 240V and 15500W at 208V.

SolarEdge inverter can be installed indoors or outdoors. The model has a 12 year warranty that can be extended to 25 years. The inverter can be managed via SolarEdge SetAPP on your smartphone. The model is provided with a Automatic Rapid Shutdown safety system in case of a power output.

Note! Should be paired with Solaredge optimizers. Make sure the optimizers you choose are compatible with your solar panels.
