The SolarEdge three phase inverter combines sophisticated digital control technology with efficient power conversion architecture to achieve superior solar power harvesting and best-in-class reliability. The fixed-voltage technology ensures the solar inverter is always working at its optimal input voltage over a wider range of string lengths and regardless of environmental conditions.
A proprietary data monitoring receiver has been integrated into the inverter and aggregates the power optimizer performance data from each PV module. how do you control it? Do you have to always go to the garage or else place to adjust the settings?

No, you can control the inverter remotely. It can be connected to your devices via Ethernet or Wireless
ay. I’m looking for an inverter that is going to work even when the grid drops down. Can’t quite figure out, will this one do?

Hello. During power outages all inverters are designed to shut down for safety reasons. What you need in your case is an off-grid inverter with batteries, but you won’t be able to connect to the commercial grid with it. This one is a grid-tie inverter, so unfortunately, it won’t do.
Hi, this looks like a good choice for me, but i heard that these inverters don't deal with shading well which is my problem unfortunately. Any advice?

You can add solar optimizers to decrease the impact of shading on your solar string and inverter production. SolarEdge inverter is actually designed to be paired with them. You can find optimizers in the Solar System Addons section on our website.
